Yellow is one of my favorite colors. I like soft creamy yellows, pale yellow and a soft light sunshine yellow. However, neon yellow and fluorescent yellow make me feel overwhelmed and agitated. Pantone’s “Freesia” is a top color this year and a very popular color for spring and summer weddings. Check out some of these beautiful items made from this soft, buttery yellow tone.
Placid Blue is another top color for 2014. This soft shade of blue reminds me of a powder blue shade. Here are some Placid Blue wedding accessories I found on etsy.com to give you some inspiration.
Hemlock is a pastel mint green hue that looks great with gray and gold tones. Hemlock has been chosen as one of Pantone’s top colors for 2014.
Red is a warm and positive color. It is energizing. The color red is also strong-willed and can give confidence to those who are shy or lacking in will power. It shows determination.
